We obtain information about you when you use our website to register your entry to the Malvern Hills Challenge. Once you have entered the event, there is then a supply contract in place between Malvern Hills Challenge (the event organisers) and you as the entrant. This contract forms the basis of consent which allows us to collect and store your data.

If you purchase a product from us online, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions
